Stay to Basic: A Commonly Mistakes by Everyone

It is easy to observe yet it is the most common mistakes done by everyone. Whenever, we get in to any sort of trouble, we start cribbing about the situation, reason for that problem and responsible humen. But if we see the things in a simple way, we will instantly find a mistake which would have been very basic. With basic thinking before the task, one could have already removed that mistaken gap.
To make it more simple (i mean Basic), take example of Delhi Metro Dwarka to Yamuna Bank (or Noida) lane. It is the longest metro rail track on which metro is running. But the concerned authority had put on 4 compartment on this tract in a single train to run. With basic thinking one can easily think that crowd will be the maximum on this track (due to longest track which covering maximum part of part and noida) but authority did not realize and keep putting extra unwanted pressure on regular commuters as well as on running train. In this way not only daily passengers (commuter) get harassed but also interior infrastructure of train gets distorted.
Therefore, I want to conclude that we should not lose our patience whenever we face any problem. We should start thinking from the basic point of view and start finding out the instant basic (which is also effective) solutions.

Doesnt Students from UPUttrakhand/Jharkhand/Bihar etc have rights to study in IIT?

If Govt. of India will pass the bill for raising the bar for minimum criteria of obtaining 80% in 12th Standard to get in to IIT. Then very few regional talent or poor students (who can not afford to pay that high fees for colleges affiliated to high scoring education board CBS,ICSE etc). As per calculation it was only 2256 students who obtained more than 80% marks in their 12th standard.
  1. JHARKHAND 17
  2. U.P 2000
  3. BIHAR 200
  4. UTTRAKHAND39

I request you all not to consider these states that their student does not have IQ or not studious. They are as much studious as other are but in their respective educational board they were not able to score as much as other scores in CBSE or ICSE. Being a UP board student, I have seen people getting listed in to merit list if they were able to score more than 80%. Above 90% is out of question. Very rare will be able to score that much because of very stringent marking. Now one can easily analyze how Govt. is ignoring those poor regional students or talent. The step is good if we consider that govt want to hit back those coaching institutes chains. But it will be more appreciated if they would have implemented uniform Educational boards and marking pattern.

How can HRD ministry raise the bar for IIT entrance when they dont have uniform educational board structure placed in India for markings?

How can HRD ministry of India raise the bar for IIT entrance when they dont have uniform educational board structure placed in India for markings?...yes, here I am raising the point of 80% mandatory marks obtained in 12th standard. If we go by CBSE or ICSE board it is easy and common to obtain this much amount of marks but when we go by Bihar, UP, MP or Rajasthan board then it is not only extreemly difficult but also impossible to obtain 80% marks. Example: in UP borad, student gets listed in merit list after 80% marks. I am very surprised by HRD ministry's step. Even these regional educational board (Sarkari by nature as usual) has not even put their points up because they dont have anything related with it. They are getting salary by Govt at time which is enough for them. Ultimately it is the regional Students and talents is gonna be suferer. Please raise this issue at max and support those student who somehow do not get access to study in those high scoring educational board (whose colleges charges excessive amount of fees).

Yeah, it has been lill hectic since last few weeks or may be i have not been able to organize my time in proper manner. Therefore, there has not been even a small activity since last few weeks. But it is for sure that I am thinking and writing in my mind or perceptions about my next post which I will publish very SOON....
Therefore, we can also learn from this that something happens good if we wait or have patience for that. Yuk....what English i am typing. It is 6pm and still there are few things which I need to do, therefore I am in lill hurry in just to announce that this blog will keep sharing the experiences in future also.
It will not work in the manner that way Indian Telecom sector is leaving perception around the world. The biggest telecom market. M-O-M we show growth but have we ever analyzed that how many of new connection are also getting stopped M-O-M. Example: Few of my friends have tendency of buying new mobile connection on every month. Because they want to leverage as much as they can from those new schemes launched by telecom service provider. Thus, mine blog will keep updating in a manner of slow, steady and solidly (new addition). ............
Because I believe to win a race one has not only to be slow and steady but also on has to have solid or power to sustain for long.....

Zero se Hero

Jago BJP Jago

Everybody in India has realized that there is big misunderstanding or cold-war going inside BJP (Bhartiya Janta Party-Opposition party). Yet, senior people inside party are reluctantly not recognizing it (A common Ego problem for grey hair seniors). In the recent general election, BJP thought that they can win the battle by leveraging the concept of Powerless Leader, which was directed towards our PM. The PM candidate from opposition party itself was saying the same in front of common people in all the crowd gathering that our present PM is not able to make any decision on his own. According to opposition party there is also an hierarchy above to our PM. If I would ask the same question to opposition party that there is also a hierarchy above to them, then what will be their response. During election, senior people in opposition party thought that their concept, powerless leader, terrorism and many unrelated issues to common man, will help them in winning the election. But they failed and they failed drastically. PM candidature should have resigned from the post of chairman of the party. But here some other senior leader convinced him to remain with party.
I am really very happy that our current government took the right issue to attract vote bank. These issues were directly related to common man which is nearly 88% of our population. We Indian know that there is no solutions for terrorism. It can only be diminished by political interference of both government. We Indian don't want strong leader or charismatic leader. We want a leader who can think what a normal faced problems on day-to-day basis. Ultimately, Nations are not run only by leaders. These are being run by numbers of diplomats, literate people, middle class population and Industries etc.
Now, people inside opposition party has started raising their voice against senior leader. Therefore, people at top also has started feeling the heat and are answer less. They can neither take action against them nor they will have any respect for themselves. Arund Shourie, Vasundhra Raje, Jaswant Singh, Mr Khanduri and many more are yet to raise their voice. In the end, It is now extreme high time for the opposition party to take historical stringent step for the turn-around like our present government took few years back. Their senior leaders has to start thinking about common people and put their feet on street to reach out to mass. Otherwise, in future our next generation will reading in their history book that there was a part called ..... !!!

Traffic Police: A New Mafia for our Society

It is saddened that we have to give them a tag of 'Mafia' than a supporter. It is because that they have neglected their basic duty and adopted the new role of only 'collection'. Yes, if anyone of us will be travelling to any part of city, we can easily find 90% of our traffic police will be having a small book in their hand and looking at the traffic jam. Instead of supporting commuters and maintaining the traffic, their main intention would always be to find out somewho is without helmet or not wearing seat-belt. It is good to have rules and regulation in place and also someone who can ensure that those are being followed. But, is it their only or basic duty.
Whenever it rained all the (nearly 70%) traffic lights went out of order. To reach home early, people start breaking the rules because traffic lights would not be working. It is really amazed, we do not find even a single traffic police who should be performing his duty at the hours of requirement. As per my observation, their duty starts at 10am and finished by 4pm. Because, i hardly find anyone working at 9am in the morning at any crossing. Especially on Monday, when maximum traffic move in the morning and traffic jams are the major problem, we usually find any traffic controller. It is sad as well as sad that in our nation where people pay taxes to fill their pockets in terms of salary. They are not at all focused to their work. But, yes when it comes to collection. We can easily find a group of approximate 20+ traffic police at a lonely road along with their patrol vehicle to catch everyone, Irrespective of the perception that the person approaching is following the rules. And as soon as the person stops his vehicle, the first work they do to pull out his key and put in to their pocket. After this, whatever effort are being made by person, even through he have all the required documents, he would be find guilty for nothing. We can write many more things. But it would be of use it things starts getting changed. i.e. No Traffic Jams, Proper support and management, etc.
In the end, i want to conclude that I really do not have any hope of any improvement in this direction. But I will be glade to see if there is any suitable steps will be taken. Because these are basic things which any country needs to showcase itself in front of World.

Listening is an effective key to success than Orating

It help if we focus more on our listening skills. Sometime, we face lots of situations wherein we feel that the other person has communicated the thing was the different the actual. Example: Say A call me and told that A will be available for the meeting on X date. But we would have considered or listened that as on X+1 date because we were not focused at the time of conversation.
If, you want to see the practical example of these things. Then apply this concept from today. Noted down the pointer of every important conversation in a especial note book or use follow-up email (or other similar tools) fr the confirmation of post conversation or minutes of the meetings. It will not only help you in mesmerizing the past conversation but also will help you in improving your memory skills.
Azim Premzi always says "I focus 90% of my time on listening and remaining 10% in speaking".

Coming Up Next: Our Traffic Controler

Yeah, I have been waiting for long to write something about them for long. Here, I will give you real time practical examples wherein you will find and Experience that most of the time our helper went away or neglected their basic duty and adopted a different role.
Keep following me. I will tell you lots of good things in my next post.

"Love Aaj Kal" or Parso

Last weekend I saw one of the biggest blockbuster "Love Aaj Kal". It was really value for money to watch this movie. Director also tried his best to run two different stories at the same time. But it seems while trying this finally he has made Khichdi. At some point of time, I was confused to understand what is going on and what is movie trying to depict. Chalo, whatever I spend extra bucks to watch this movie at "Satyam Cineplex". It was cool the ambience that they maintained inside as well as out-side. But I don't know while trying all the marketing tools (i.e. Profit making priced Snacks, Cold Drink etc.) to get in to deep in to customer's pocket why their marketing team forgot basic things. I went and purchased a combo pack of snack at the cost of Rs. 175. It contained a conical Popcorn packet and big jar of Cold drink. Their sales staff were so passive in term of action that they got confused as soon as interval starts and rush came to their door. I aksed them for Mirinda Cold drink but they gave Pepsi. They gave an excuse that they are sorry. If Satyam or any cineplex marketing staff is reading this blog then they should clearly understand that you should provide special plates for conical popcorn packets. As soon as I start leaving the counter. My popcorn packet fell down (I was not amazed because it was suppose to be happened if we go by basic structure or mathematical rules). The best part was that their Sales staff did nt feel like even helping their customers. I had to pick up my packet from their counter and came to my seat. Now, tell me what is the use of those Value Added Product if they can't even survive for while.
Now, let's come to good part. Don't be amazed that I am talking about cineplex. I am talking about movie (the best part). In the movie, there was an old Saif and a new generation Saif. The story of older Saif (i mean to say that past one) was somehow, directly or in-directly related to me. I am from a village and used to ride bi-cycle for going to college, home town for purchase as well as chasing girls ;p. In movie, we also saw that Saif took an oath to have Balbir kaur as an wife for forever. I request you all not to laugh because I also took similar kind of oath to marrying my Shalu (my love). I used to chase her like anything but was never on the negative i.e. I never teased her. Finally, my love comes true and we got married at 14 feb 2009.
Yeah, after seeing Laove Aaj Kal Kuch Purani Yaadein Taaja Ho Gayi. In cities, i see couples moving here and there without any hestitation while in tie-2 cities it is totally opposite. If you will travelling along with sister people will see like you are doing some crime. Whatever, gradually their places are also adopting the changes and moving towards tha moderanization of western culture.

Drive in Your Lane: But it is raining :(

Today 17 Aug 09 (monday) at 8.30am in the morning on the first day of week, I started from my home towards office on my hayabusa (Discover 135 sport). It was amazing weather in the morning. Holle Holle Madham Hawa Chal Rahi Thi, but suddenly it started raining. It was not a problem. I parked my bike at one corner and take a shelter under bus stand. After a while, rain stopped and i resume my journey. As I wasted my much of precious morning time due to sudden rain, I tried to drive fast. I was following the traffic police (A new Mafia: I will write about them and their experiences soon) rule of driving in the same lane. I realized that my entire shirt has become dirty due to the mud coming out of tyre of my predecessor vehicle. Now what was to be done, if I would have been driving irregular by saving myself from this muddy water mafia would have caught me. But there was no way than getting your shirt dirty. Therefore, I started my driving irregular (by no choice) and reached my office in lesser dirty clothes.
Thus, the learning for me today was "Never Drive in the Same Lane when it is Raining".

The largest room is room for improvement.

Even though, we will find many people around us who always have tendency that they are the best and whatever they do is the best as per the management rules. There may be few cases wherein we will also find people in these categories who are at top but it does not mean that they are right. It is because they have leveraged the situation at right time with right. I will again emphasize on the point "Life is all about experiences". Irrespective of whatever situation and whatever success or failure we would have obtained in our life, we are always on the learning phase.
The direct reference can also be taken from the famous quote "No one if perfect in this world".

When you're all wrong and willing to admit it, you're all right

Yeah, It is always easy and relief-full to accept the wrong deeds, mistakes and faults done by us. It helps us in imporving and learning the new things. Thus, in future we always have in hand experience so that we do not make any mistakes like the earliers one.
I have seen enough people in my short span of career that people would be doing mistakes and threw the blames on others. In this way, these kinds of people will not get any short term punishments but they would surely faced bigger punishments in their respective life in long terms. It can also be indirectly realted to the famous hindi quote "Ek jhoot bolne ke liye hazaar jhoot bolne padte hai". But finally, one day you will be caugth and found guilty for that mistake or fault. At that time, you will be so late that you will not get even that much to improvize on the mistake.

Mastering of Self

"If we want to be servants of others, we must be masters of ourselves". It is the self belief, competiveness and relevant skill we should nurture in ourself so that we can rise up to the level that we can start leading from the front.

My Second Day on my Second Job

Yeah, it is not the first day of my first job when I started writing my First blog. It is the Second day of my Second job. I have choosen the name "Life is all about Experiences" because I always believe that everytime, everywhere, at any stage, anywhere, we are going through a series of experiences. These experiences never get stagnant in our life. Even though, we will be 100 years old, ;) which seems extreme difficult and i also dont want to be in that stage, we will be experiencing new things.
I have always wanted to write my own blog but my life so busy or so dis-organized that I never got time to write. But i have decided , let me take out first few minutes of daily routine to write few lines about my past experiences. So, keep following me and learn the new things from my experiences.
So let's present the first experience which I have observed from seeing other,"The roughest road oftentimes goes straight to the top of the hill"
